Complete the appropriate Registration Form (individual or group registraiton) and mail it along with your check(s) (payable to the The Cure MS Foundation) to:

There are a limited number of tickets available and seating preference will be filled on a first-come-first-serve basis.  Don't miss out on this opportunity for you to Crop with your friends, on your own for 8 HOURS STRAIGHT while at the same time raising money for a GREAT cause!  Think how many pages you can complete--UNINTERRUPTED by screaming kids, housework, laundry or worst of all, croppers block!!

AN UPDATE FOR 2011: 

GROUP SEATING

Reserve a table for six (6) people and be guaranteed you will sit together.  The reservations must be made in groups
of six (6).  Example, you may have a group of 6, 12, 18, 24;
but not 5, 11, 15, etc.  You must send in all of the checks for your group together in one envelope along with a completed registration form for each person.  The donation per table
(6 people) is $225. 

Do you want to get rid of some extra or gently-used scrapbooking supplies and receive a donation receipt for tax purposes?  Do you want to pick up some new supplies at cheap prices???   All the money raised goes directly to the National M.S. Company Matching Donations

Many companies have matching fund programs where they match funds that their employees donate to charities.  Please check with your (and your spouse's) employers to see if they will match the money you donate to the Crop.
