 ALL DAY MINI-CROP**

What:  This will be an all day event from 10:00AM-10:00PM

Where: Our Redeemer’s United Methodist Church in Schaumburg 

When: Saturday, Sept. 25^th 10:00AM-10:00PM

Why: This is a fundraiser to help cover some of the out of pocket expenses for the Crop for a Cause Event in March.

 Cost: $35.00 make your check payable to:

e-mail address and the names of the people you would like to be seated with.

**This is completely different from the Crop for a Cause Event in March. This is for those of you who are looking for more time and space to do your craft with fewer distractions.

What is included:

* pizza for dinner  
*you will have more space to crop (there will be 2 people at a table instead of 3)
*you will be seated with your friends (as long as they are all registered before we run out of seats) 
*there will be less people (we will cut it off around 50) 
*we will have a community snack/dessert table. 

Anyone who brings something to share with the group will be entered into a drawing for a prize.

What is NOT included:

 *drinks-they will be available for purchase-proceeds will go to our church's youth mission trips (Katrina Relief and Appalachian Service Project.) 
*lunch-there are many places to order from close to the church or you may bring your own from home  
*there will not be an auction or bargain area.
**PLEASE remember there are a limited number of seats available so don't wait too long!!  Please tell your friends, I would hate for us to sell out before all of the members of your group get their ticket.  WE CANNOT EXPAND IT PAST 50 PEOPLE. 

***If you would like to attend please e-mail me with your name, phone number,the names of the people you would like to be seated with and what you like on your pizza.

New for this year:  Glenda Travelstead, Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, will be at the mini-crop from 4 to 7 to do a free make-n-take with us…won’t that be a fun treat! She has also generously offered to donate 20% of all ONLINE ORDERS IN JUNE to Crop for a Cause! Here’s how it works…go to www.glendstamps.stampinup.net and click on SHOP NOW in the upper right corner…AND…20% of your retail order total will automatically be donated to Crop for a Cause.
