Thanks to everyone who attended Mini-Crop 2011! I had such a great time with all of you!! Also, a huge thanks to my friends and family who helped with setting up and cleaning after!

**This is completely different from the Crop for a Cause Event in March. This is for those of you who are looking for more time and space to do your craft with fewer distractions.

The Mini Crop is now sold out (as of August 3, 2011)

What:  This will be an all day event from 10:00AM-10:00PM

Where: Our Redeemer’s United Methodist Church in Schaumburg 

When: October 1st, 2011, 10:00AM-10:00PM

Why: This is a fundraiser to help cover some of the out of pocket expenses for the Crop for a Cause Event in March.

 Cost: $35.00 donation

What is included:

* pizza for dinner  
*you will have more space to crop (there will be 2 people at a table instead of 3)

*you will be seated with your friends (as long as they are all registered before we run out of seats) 
*there will be less people (we will cut it off around 50)
 
*we will have a community snack/dessert table. 

Anyone who brings something to share with the group will be entered into a drawing for a prize.

What is NOT included:

 *drinks-they will be available for purchase-ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO TO ORUMC'S PASTOR DISCRETION 
*lunch-there are many places to order from close to the church or you may bring your own from home
 
*there will not be an auction or bargain area
.
**PLEASE remember there are a limited number of seats available so don't wait too long!!  Please tell your friends, I would hate for us to sell out before all of the members of your group get their ticket.  WE CANNOT EXPAND IT PAST 50 PEOPLE.
