WOW, WOW and WOW again! ! ! ! !

When I saw all of the rain coming down on OUR CROP DAY my first thought was “Oh no, what are we going to do?” But I have learned in my life that there really is a silver lining in every cloud (even rain clouds). So my second thought was…”Thank goodness it isn’t snow!!”

Finding out that I had MS was like a torrential rainstorm but in time I realized that my life is blessed with many silver linings. Meeting all of you has been one of my blessings. My life has been enriched by the people and the situations that I would never have had the opportunity to encounter otherwise. During my speech at the Crop I mentioned how all of you are a part of the reason that I keep doing this. You have motivated and inspired me. The personal stories you have shared, your kind words and encouragement have been the positive push that makes me want to do more and be more. I am privileged to be surrounded by such generous people! Thank you seems inadequate!!

In case you had not heard at the Crop we raised $15,273.00…WOW!! You people are awesome!! The bargain area alone raised $1085.00. If you brought items to us at the event and did not get a receipt for your taxes, e-mail me and I will get it to you. Please start saving your unwanted items now for next year.

I hope you all enjoyed yourselves at the Crop!! None of us are professional event planners and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to make our Crop better each year. We are in the process of looking over the surveys you filled out and will post responses to your comments and suggestions on the website. We appreciate your time in filling these out and for enlightening us on your perspective of this event. Our goal is to make it an experience you'll remember and talk about for years to come!
